Apply patch over the painful area with the adhesive side towards the skin and attach firmly. The edges of the pad do not have adhesive and will not adhere to skin. Do not re-use. After use dispose of patch in the trash. After opening the pouch it may take up to 30 minutes for the patch to reach its therapeutic temperature. Store in a cool dry place.
